Liquid Gold is an alternate form of Gold, which is used to Research new technologies. As with Gold, Liquid Gold must be stored in Collector blocks in order to be counted towards the player's bank.

The conversion of Gold to Liquid Gold is approximately 2 Gold -> 1 Liquid Gold, thus making storage of large values easier.
